Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please review our return and refund conditions below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

Returns and refunds are accepted only within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, you must provide your original receipt or proof of purchase, and proof that the item is faulty or defective (such as photos, video, or a description of the fault). Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect size or color choice, or any reason other than a manufacturing fault or defect.

 

How to Request a Return

 

To start a return, contact us at kseretis21@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and evidence showing the fault with the product. We may ask you to send the item back to us for inspection before a refund is approved.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable time. Shipping costs for returning a faulty item may be reimbursed at our discretion once the fault is confirmed.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

 

We are not able to offer a refund or return if the request is made after 14 days of delivery, if no proof of purchase is provided, if no evidence of a fault or defect is provided, or if the item was damaged due to misuse after delivery.
